Original mechanical switches will burn out with use. The higher the work load bigger the battery and the bigger the spring will burn out your switch. Average life of a mechanical switch is 1year that’s assuming you run on a low voltage no spring upgrade and no spray and pray.

This is where a Mosfet electronic switch comes into its self, no moving parts and no contacts to burn out. The eagle switch AB works inconjunction with your existing trigger switch. But all the work and load is passed through the Mosfet switch.

The switch is compatible with batteries of 7.2 volts to 12 volts and an absolute must if you are running on Lipos. As the available instant current available will destroy the flimsy mechanical switch within a very short time, your motor is a very hungry beast on trigger start.
 
With a Mosfet switch all the current is passed through the electronic switch ZERO burning ZERO loss of available punch for your motor and BB.

With active breaking the motor rotation is immediately stopped thus putting  the gearbox spring to a rest state not all tensioned up as in part fire. Thus resulting in a happy spring and gearbox at a rest state ready for that instant one shot experience. Also when you release the trigger no more false shots.

The Mosfet used can pass up to 195 Amps or 375 watts of energy. That's more than your wiring will handle before it becomes a electric fire. That means all that battery power goes straight to your motor.

To fit the switch you will need to go into the gearbox and make modifications to it, re-routing the wiring and some soldering. If you feel you are not up to this we can fit and you get a discount on the switch price of £5.00. If orderd at the same time.
